Cancellation and refund policy

Interpreting If a booking is canceled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time, 50% of the full booking amount will be refunded. If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, The Quill reserves the right to retain the amount already paid. Booking times use Cambodia time (Asia/Phnom_Penh). Translation, subtitling and consultancy If an order is canceled, the value of work not yet completed will be refunded, up to 80% of the total amount. The Quill will provide evidence of completed work to explain the calculation. Courses If a reservation is canceled before the course starts, 50% of the full amount will be refunded. Once the course has started, the booking cannot be canceled. Requesting a cancellation Please contact The Quill through the contact page and include your order reference. The time The Quill receives your request is used to assess the cancellation. Refunds are reviewed and processed by The Quill. This policy applies to fully paid orders; refunds cannot exceed the amount paid less any earlier refunds.
